When we say 'you' we are referring to all web surfers who visit the site who have no
connection with the producers of these pages. By saying 'we' or 'us' we are referring to the people who update these pages. By saying 'I', we refer to Jon Ponting, owner of the sites. All files and images on these websites are protected under UK copyright laws. ©2007. Most pages have been made suitable for family viewing, however we always recommend that children under 16 are supervised when they are surfing. Any pages with adult content are clearly marked. This is a non-profit making website which provides a free service for people, businesses and groups in Malmesbury. We provide this as a hobby, Malmesbury has a number of professional websites.. and despite being officially registered, we are not one of them. We respect copyright legislation and do not believe the web should be used as a loophole to plagiarise. These pages are built using the Homestead LPX sitebuilder and not direct HTML. Be aware that your correspondance may be used on the websites unless you clearly state otherwise.
